What are you choosing today? I challenge you to choose less stress, choose more joy and choose being less busy! This week’s video is all about choosing well when it comes to how you spend your time and energy. I saw a sign at my friend Brenda Westwood’s house in Montana that made me think about this topic.

First, what are you being busy with? Are you spending your time on things that bring you happiness? Second, don’t forget that stress impacts your health. One good way to help calm you down and combat stress? Breathing exercises! Lastly, don’t forget that no matter what’s on your plate, you can choose joy and happiness each day.
