What if the key to a happier 2026 is starting with a clean slate? In this week’s video, learn how decluttering can transform not only your physical space, but also your mindset. When your home feels lighter and more organized, your thoughts often follow. There’s also power in doing a digital declutter. Clear out emails, photos, and distractions that no longer serve you. As Marie Kondo says, “Keep only those things that speak to your heart, then take the plunge and discard the rest.” When you remove what does not bring value or joy, you create room for clarity, creativity, and growth. Staying organized in 2026 helps you focus on what truly matters and move confidently toward making your dreams a reality.

Are you unsure where to begin when it comes to decluttering? Set a timer on your phone for 10 minutes to help you get started! When the timer goes off, take a break, or keep pushing through.
For physical items in your home, make three baskets/zones: Keep, Donate, Toss. You can also have a permanent donate box/basket in your home. If decluttering all at once is overwhelming, keep the box/basket and as you go throughout your day and see things you don’t use anymore or are getting too old, put them in the box.

As you step into 2026, you are entering the powerful energy of the Year of the Fire Horse. After the Year of the Snake invited you to shed, release, and let go in 2025, the Fire Horse arrives with boldness, passion, and momentum. This is a year of action, ambition, freedom, and rapid change. The Fire Horse does not tiptoe or wait for perfect timing. It moves forward with courage, even if the path feels a little uncomfortable. In this week’s video, learn about what it means to take bold and imperfect action, stretch beyond your comfort zone, and trust the fire within you. 2026 will move fast, and while it may leave some scorched earth behind, it also clears the way for growth, clarity, and a happier, more aligned life. Saddle up and let this be the year you go for it.
A new year is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and take a look at the world you are living in. In this week’s video, I’m sharing a new free printable called World of You, a simple and powerful exercise to help you see everything that makes up your life. You start by placing your name in the center, then branch out to all the roles, activities, and commitments that fill your days. From faith and family to work, volunteering, trips, and self care, it’s all there on one page. Once you see your full world, you can lovingly decide what still serves you and what may be ready to be crossed out as you step into the new year. This is about making space for more happiness, clarity, and intention as you create a year that truly supports you.
Write your name in the center of the page. From there, draw lines outward to represent everything you do and everything that matters most in your life. This exercise helps you clearly see what brings you happiness and fulfillment as you step into the new year. Keep what lights you up, and gently release what no longer brings you joy. Put an X through the things you need to let go of in the new year.
As you step into a brand-new year, it is time to think all about the power of atomic habits. These are the small, simple choices you make every day that lead to big, life-changing results over time. You don’t need massive overhauls to create a happier, more fulfilling life. Small, consistent habits add up, shaping your mindset and your future. When you focus on building good habits, you naturally move closer to the life of your dreams. Dream big this year and aim for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars. What habits, goals, and dreams are you choosing to focus on as the new year begins?
Mel Robbins’ book “Let Them” is a powerful reminder to protect your peace and happiness. It’s easy to spend so much energy trying to control how others act, think, and speak, especially during the holidays when emotions and expectations can run high. But the truth is, you cannot control anyone except yourself. When you embrace the “Let Them” mindset, you release the pressure, the frustration, and the need for approval. Let them be who they are so you can stay grounded in who you are. This shift allows you to create more joy, calm, and genuine connections this season. Instead of resisting or reacting, choose to breathe, step back, and let them. It might be the greatest gift you give yourself and your happiness.
