The sun is shining. Flowers are popping. Blossoms are blooming. Spring is here. It’s the perfect time for you to spring clean your life. Each box below represents a category in your life that could use a little more focus. Brainstorm what tasks you need to get done in each category to help lighten your load and lighten your life to feel happier and healthier with more of a bounce in your step as we go into this next season.
The key to this printable is to take things one task at a time so things don’t feel so overwhelming.
Your thoughts can shape the direction of your life. It’s easy to fall into patterns of negative thinking, but the good news is that you have the ability to change the way you think. When a negative thought appears, you can pause and choose to reframe it into something more positive and empowering. Thoughts are powerful things. They can either lift you up or weigh you down. By learning to “reframe your brain,” you can turn everyday frustrations into opportunities for gratitude and growth. This simple shift in thinking can help create a happier mindset and a brighter future.
The thoughts you think every day shape the direction of your life. Negative thoughts can quietly take away your joy, energy, and confidence, while positive thoughts can help you see new possibilities and brighter opportunities. This simple exercise is designed to help you become more aware of the thoughts running through your mind and give you the chance to reframe them. When a negative thought appears, pause and rewrite it into a more positive and empowering perspective. For example, instead of thinking “I hate the rain,” you might reframe it to “I love the flowers and trees the rain helps grow.” By practicing this shift, you train your brain to focus on what is good, hopeful, and possible. Remember, thoughts are powerful. When you reframe your thinking, you can help guide your life in a more positive direction.

As we move into February and continue shaping 2026 with intention, I want to invite you to slow down and think about what brings you joy. This month’s free printable, “What I Love,” is an activity to help you notice the people, places, and things that you love. When you get clear on that, you can be more intentional about choosing those things more often.
I also wanted to share that there won’t be a video to go along with this freebie. I needed to travel to Salt Lake City to attend my dad’s funeral and spend time with my family. Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, and grace during this time. I truly appreciate this community more than I can say.
“What I Love” is a reflection to help you remember what truly brings you happiness. As you continue into 2026, take time to list the people, places, and things that fill your heart and make you feel most alive. When you become aware of what you love, you can be more intentional about doing more of it. Let this page be a reminder to prioritize meaningful connections, experiences, and activities that nourish your happiness. The more you choose what you love, the more joy you invite into your everyday life.
A new year is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and take a look at the world you are living in. In this week’s video, I’m sharing a new free printable called World of You, a simple and powerful exercise to help you see everything that makes up your life. You start by placing your name in the center, then branch out to all the roles, activities, and commitments that fill your days. From faith and family to work, volunteering, trips, and self care, it’s all there on one page. Once you see your full world, you can lovingly decide what still serves you and what may be ready to be crossed out as you step into the new year. This is about making space for more happiness, clarity, and intention as you create a year that truly supports you.
Write your name in the center of the page. From there, draw lines outward to represent everything you do and everything that matters most in your life. This exercise helps you clearly see what brings you happiness and fulfillment as you step into the new year. Keep what lights you up, and gently release what no longer brings you joy. Put an X through the things you need to let go of in the new year.
